Hama Group began with a simple observation: the hardest part of building technology in Africa is rarely the idea. It is the second year — regulation, payments, distribution, hiring, and the cost of learning the same lessons company after company.

So we built a studio. One team of product, design, engineering and go-to-market operators that starts solutions, carries them through the difficult middle, and reuses everything learned in the next one.

From Kigali we work across East, Southern and West Africa, building in health, property and the creative economy — sectors where good infrastructure changes what is possible for millions of people.
